God's Grace And Provision

I was listening to a humbling gospel song by Bethel Music and it brought to mind how much we have to be grateful for. God’s grace is sufficient. He provides for us in every way imaginable. He is Jehova Jireh; The God who provides all our needs. And he is faithful. Thank you to generous donations we have made improvements to the Farm Stall, both in its appearance as well as the range of products that we sell. This has been reflected in an upward trend of Farm Stall Sales; a valuable contribution of funds that we plough back into improving the farm.

We have achieved a lot in tidying up the farm, and the scrap that we have collected has been converted into funds that we can allocate to other areas of improvement. Money is extremely tight and we do depend on ad-hoc donations to keep our heads above water. If you can help, or are able to make a donation to Salem Crossroads Christian Centre, the donation will not go to waste. We can use anything that you no longer want or need. Please bear us in mind when you make a decision of where to allocate donations.

In order to cut costs we have a vegetable garden that provides vegetables for our own use. There is nothing like fresh organically grown vegetables to make a delicious meal, and we save on buying vegetables

Since the last blog and Facebook Posts we have refurbished one of our toilets, and added a second shower for the residents. This is just one of the many ways that we use our income and donations to improve the living conditions of the residents, but we still have a long way to go.
